At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel stunning in your gown; however, if your selection is not the perfect fit, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your dress.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned by the deadline to maintain eligibility.
Receive Store Credit
After our quality control team inspects your return, a digital gift card for the full value of the item will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
